Just sharing the Evil Arm/Traps/Lats/Grip/Core Workout I’m doing right now:
- 3 pull ups
- 10 sec bent-arm hang
- 15 sec dead hang (arms straight), using only three fingers on each hand
- 2 offset pull ups (one hand higher than the other)
- 2 offset pull ups (switch grip)
