Riot Hooping & Aerial Dance: Evil Workout

Just sharing the Evil Arm/Traps/Lats/Grip/Core Workout I’m doing right now:

  1. 3 pull ups
  2. 10 sec bent-arm hang
  3. 15 sec dead hang (arms straight), using only three fingers on each hand
  4. 2 offset pull ups (one hand higher than the other)
  5. 2 offset pull ups (switch grip)
